Under the direction of the coach Dr. Birte Seffert from Guidance, Skills & Opportunities for Researchers e.V. in Berlin, participants discussed what to consider when establishing a junior research group as a possible career option. The workshop provided tips and resources for selecting the right program, as well as guidance on funding opportunities, host institutions, application preparation, and networking.
